Wow! What a story!I am not familiar with historical Rome, but if even part of the story is true, then I am flabbergasted!Power is indeed “powerful,” if this simple sentence makes any sense.This is a story about what people will do for only a fraction of being in power.I highly recommend this book, but be forewarned, it has a lot of sex and as the title implies, decadence and excess.
